My guess is that KPN will pump dollars into this company to enable it to offer free Internet access/usage. That way they can grow out the system. If the KPN deal goes through soon, this is indeed a long term hold.

what happened to the state monopoly in hungary that allegedly barred eweb from other than business customers until 2001?? I was unaware that they served any private homes in Hungary.
