Good article. The thing it shows me above anything else is that RR is a farce. Read the quotes from the RR execs and you see cable. No Internet. They pump up their tanks and planes with bicycle tire pumps.

I come back from a weekend and what has happened here? The tuna has run to the corner and tagged a bird. Amazing what boredom does to some folks. Me included.

Yes, Solid.. that article was a good find. Thanks.

I was more impressed with the latter part of Part 2 which dealt with the 802.11 initiatives and the threat of DSL than I was with the part that addressed the distribution of content and advertising over cable, truth be told.

I copied the article in its entirety onto the FCTF board where it fit very nicely into another ongoing discussion there, in case anyone is interested.
