Guy, I agree that there are many good things to say about CREE. However, I work for a company which operates a number of very, very large warehouses. We go thorugh both incandescent and fluorescent bulbs by the carload in a year's time.

Sure, it is out there, but if ultimately LED displays save my company $500/yr., why not?

I have started paying $10 to $20 (as opposed to $0.50 fro incadescents) to get light bulbs that 'supposedly' use less power for the same brightness but more importantly 'run longer' without burning out.

Dont really know if its true. But I like the concept. Do u think that the Blue Led may be similarly sold?
