Your strategy to own both TERN and CMTO seems prudent. And it seems obviously unfortunate that you sold some TERN. Who could predict this TERN rise? Not me. You make some very obvious Pro-TERN points here to which I see there is no real response. It seems that what us threadsters have trouble understanding about TERN technology, other serious players do not. Ignorance is bliss, 'til the lack of knowledge gets you killed. If a Cable outfit tests both TERN and CMTO, then chooses TERN- then even in full ignorance of the reasons, one has to suspect TERN offer substantial value- as you obviously understand. IMO, the notion that S-CDMA is not any better on upgraded plant seems to me to be based purely on speculations which the speculators admittedly don't fully understand. Dan B
