Dear CJ: Here is what I am thinking, tell me if it makes any sense at all. The hottest thing now is DV ROM. Also many people are getting RW (read write). I am thinking once this merger is complete perhaps AOL and maybe anyone will be able to download great DV movies creating their own disk at perhaps a fraction of the current retail price. Same is true of music, perhaps one will be able to create their own customized CD's with just their very favorite music to take along and play in their autos etc. Again, likely at a small fraction of what retail currently runs. IF I am right in this, I would think it would be a BOOMING business and perhaps even put pressure of the video rental stores?? JDN

Captain Jack:

Being in Sales I remember an old saying that goes:
"Whenever Mediocre Marketing goes head to head with Superior Technology, the winner is always Mediocre Marketing"

With AOL the only difference is Superior Marketing and that is why they are #1 and will stay there!
