100, our conclusions RE: options seem identical. For now, the only option vehicle I am using is LEAPS calls in 2002. I plan to experiment with little bits of money in the summer with shorter term stuff, IF I have time.

Good philosophy on the options. Transaction costs and difficulty of timing/execution make the more complex options strategies less than practical. I prefer to just bet on upside or downside, and not fuss with straddles and collars and such.
