I got to admit, they do have some interesting numbers. I don't really know how to extrapolate their sales figures, but if they could keep up their current pace( 4000 eMerchant, 3500 SmartSite /month) they would be laughing all the way to the bank. The cheapest I could find their products on the net was for US$90/55 respectively. What sort of markup there is I don't know, but assuming they get $60/35 from their products, thats a year end total of around 4.35 Million US. Add to that the prospect of even half of those customers resigning with them for Webhosting at $265/year, an additional US$11,925,000, thats US$16,275,000= CDN$23.5 Million or about $1.44 share. thats a p/e of 2.5! All that with an assumed 0% growth. Am I missing something, or does this stock deserve more respect that what it's getting?
