Sig, I really have a difficult time making any correlation between hiring at Dell, and Dell having a good quarter or not (anymore)...Even at 30% growth in revenues this next year (which would be low, slower growth than I expect...but which would represent an additional 7.5 Billion in sales)..

7.5 Billion sales....Sig, they would have to keep hiring people (lots)to keep growing even at slower growth rates (than everyone expects)SINCE THE BASE NOW IS SO LARGE..

If Dell produces 7.5B in sales, that is approximately equal to what the entire company did just 3 fiscal years ago...

So, I have a hard time drawing any conclusions from current plant expansions, hiring, etc..
