TEO and NTL rising...both are plays on South American telecomm and both are still dirt cheap.

I visit Argentina frequently, and can personally vouch for the fact that demand is huge and deregulation of comm. infrastructure is progressing rapidly.

Why? "feel" or analysis? (Mattel debt just downgraded).

Any thoughts on HAS (Hasbro) ? The balance sheet looks better to me, even with Mattel's recent drop, and their foray into software has been much more successful than Mattel's purchase of The Learning Company. They're also selling at a buck and change above their three year low and they report tomorrow night. If my memory serves me correctly they had the number one PC game last year and had 5 of the top selling toys in the US (I'll try to find the links to this info). I am long but I would be interested to see if you can find anything negative about HAS.
