Michael, it can't be a quality stock since it obviously doesn't measure up to those in your short list. But it's down at a level where I can afford an odd lot here and there. That's what I like about Tex's list; it allows even small guys like me to play. I'm handicapped too; according to the most recent psychologists evaluation I had, I have an IQ of around 95. I tried asking him to make allowance for the fact that I had to take the test in English which is my 4th language, but he wasn't very understanding.

Just to show how smart I am...ENBC is located in my community and I missed the move yesterday. I drive by their office everyday and had been told they were close to developing their product. Oh! The missed opportunity.
