music and dancing in an apt. bldg.? No complaints from neighbours? I may want to move up there myself.

I gave a new years eve party here in Palos Verdes Estates and made sure I invited all the neighbours and inform them of the music/noise that may flow into their homes.

The police still showed up due to a complaint from someone a few blocks away.
