Nortel Networks May Extend 600 Million Dollar Contract with Unefon Mon Feb 07 20:27:00 EST 2000 MEXICO CITY, Feb. 7 (Reforma/Infolatina)-- Nortel Networks announced that it is studying the expansion of its 600 million dollar supply and equipment contract with Unefon, the telecommunications company in which TV Azteca participates. The company signed a contract for the supply and financing of equipment to Unefon in October last year, but considering the "aggressive" implementation of the telecommunications company's infrastructure on a national level, Nortel may increase the contract.
