Publicly - let me state that I am extremely comfortable holding TSIS and have added to it over the past week.

My logic or lack thereof, suggest to me that the fundamentals with ITI have not changed from when the stock was selling at 40 cents. There recent acquisition is too small, compared to other companies that are doing the same type of research, voice activation, to be meaningful in the marketplace. Of course the numbers for the quarter ending January 31, will determine the short term direction the stock would take. My opinion after watching ITI,s management is if their earnings were good for the last quarter they would be breaking their necks getting those earnings out to the public. The one unknow is what the acquired company will be able to contribute to ITI,s core business. If the contribution is significant, and so judged by the marketplace ITI could easily become a company to compete with, and consequently the stock would double-digit quite rapidly. But that has yet to be relies. If that were to happened I would be purchasing quickly. ITI is placing a lot all faith in this technology,s sale ability with their existing companies and the competition is going to be intent. Good luck hope to see you down the road.
