I am looking at the trading patterns of tsis, I see each day it starts out with large volume buys, then the volume tapers off, anyone else think there is big boys accumulating this.
I also see the volitility is way down. Looking for more opinions on what I see. Thanks

Does anybody know how long does a company have to comply with SEC regulations after they receive an extra E at the end? Basically how long before the get delisted and move to the pink sheets?
