From the latest Bill R. interview: On the recent sale of WinStar's entire 12 percent stake in competitor Advanced Radio Telecom Corp.: ``We originally bought that stake believing that Advanced Radio would want to engage with us in a strategic relationship . . . . we're not investors. That's not really what we do. We operate.
