According to Yahoo, Cisco has 3.42 billion shares and GE has 3.28 billion. GE, at 137-1/16 has a market cap of $449.565 billion. Cisco at the after-market price of 133 has a market cap of $454.86 billion.

#1 --> MSFT
#2 --> CSCO
#3 --> GE

BTW, who said Nortel would surpass Cisco?

Dachient stated that OIE was a non-event and customers see it as a reduced committment by Nortel to this market. Pricing pressure from start-ups is an issue but Nortel - although they've executed - is having ZERO impact. Once again Telecomic is wrong. It's amazing how many times one guy can be wrong in such a short period of time.
