$50 an hour is really cheap. I think the catch is that the cost "varies" and that one needs to "inquire". The $50 per hour work is probably paralegal type work, and even at that it is cheap, because the attorney will usually mark up the paralegal rate to cover the cost of "supervision". And maybe the ad isn't for Mr. Garnett's work. SOS is just one of his businesses; maybe some other folks are providing the services that are advertised. I've never seen an attorney web site like this one, i.e. the Garnett.com site. Very unusual.

from the link, it would appear that they provide their services for $50/hour Per your statement, it would "APPEAR"..... can we quote you on that based on your copy and paste???? Reading the statement it does NOT "Appear" as you so state, it seems to be "FACT"... now your inflicted doubt with the word "appear" does shed a different light upon the word "LIBEL yet again Colleen!!! Might I add... Copy and Paste will not EXCLUDE you from the law as long as you comment on such cut and paste!! Ohhhhh but before I forget... rule 101.. IGNORANCE is NO excuse for the law either!!!!!
