Wrigleys got the patent several
years ago. Beyond that, I'd
expect soft drinks, baked goods,
ice cream, the entire gamut of
foods to be made with Tagatose.

From everything I've been able
to learn, and I've been in BINC
for many years, Tagatose is
GRAS, we're just waiting for
the announcement, which unfortunately,
is up to MDFI. In other words, it's
a done deal, but it's not done.
