G'day all - hi telecomguy, actually, NT has been quietly starting her service division for a year now. With the acquisition of CLFY and a minority stake in PRISM, redconnect.com , she is definitely looking into expanding simply selling technologies. IMHO, the answer is simple --- continuous steam of revenue. Forward looking companies see the growth in service and intellectual right sectors and the productivity efficiencies will lower the margin in the manufacturing sectors. That's why NT and LU etc have been buying consulting outfits. However, the direction is one thing; execution is another. Thus far, NT has not made too many mistakes, that's why she is on top for the time being <G>

<o.t.> did you see an honorable mention of ALN on MSN?

best, Bosco
