Well Bosco, it still doesn't make sense to me at this point unless NT is providing technology to this ASP in return for equity stake -- in which case it would be a form of vendor financing. Clarify purchase was a technology purchase not service revenue acquisition.

We will have to hear the conference call this afternoon -- this is a very hot area right now so perhaps NT believes that;

1) it will be a good investment (like it's Entrust stake as an example)

2) NT will have bigger influence in setting up the operations of this ASP ensuring that they will be intimately involved in kick-starting this company thereby acquiring invaluable implementation experience

3) form of vendor financing

If NT is truely considering getting into the ASP business as a strategy and new business development, that would be truely interesting to see how it pans out.
