Mad2, Gary exercised 100,000 options in December and sold half his stock to cover the exercise cost. As I have opined before, not everyone has $500,000 sitting around with which to buy stock. Gary was a net buyer of 50,000 shares as he could have sold all his options. Bill Hemelt exercised and bought 18,000 options and Brown Russell exercised and bought 10,000 options in December. I don't see why you view option related sales as anything to worry about, especially when the officers were net buyers. At any rate, this is old news. Congratulations on your successful trade. Dan
