Mad2,

Gary exercised 100,000 options in December and sold half his stock to cover the exercise cost. As I have opined before, not everyone has $500,000 sitting around with which to buy stock. Gary was a net buyer of 50,000 shares as he could have sold all his options.

Bill Hemelt exercised and bought 18,000 options and Brown Russell exercised and bought 10,000 options in December.

I don't see why you view option related sales as anything to worry about, especially when the officers were net buyers. At any rate, this is old news.
