Thank you all for your input. So if someone wants TWX and is willing to make a hostile bid then we may conclude that AOL made a good deal, after all. If someone scoops TWX away then AOL is left standing without the ability to execute their preferred strategy and will have to find another premier media company. This action bodes well for value of VO,Dis,Viacom. Bottom line is AOL is always ahead of the curve in strategy. Just wish them being so danged smart translated into the value of "my-good-old-heavily-weighted-AOL-portfolio"!!!
