With all due respect

The fellow you just posted about sounds like a mover and a shaker.

Most millionaires have declared bankruptcy at least once.

If you stay status quo it is easy to avoid ch 11 or other hardships you often read about successful people going through.

Edison used to hide under his desk when bill collectors came.

Ford was up to his neck in debt.

Once upon a time Bill Gates was a starving student hired by IBM to write a Disk operating system.

-------------------------------------

I know nothing about the fella you outlined, but I'll bet If I met him in person he'd sound like a good entreprener .

As for the tax lien thing...

Why not miss paying your property tax this year and see what happens..

Or neglect to file your income tax for a few years...sound foolish?

what if you and you spouse got into a car accident and lacked proper insurance to pay the medical bills? what if you depleted your life savings to do so...what if you just didn't pay your income tax or property tax owing because the money paid for a hospital.....

Think the government would just say "That's ok, we know you're good for it"

.....most people are 3 to 6 months away from homelessness...I know it is hard to believe, but ask around, you'll be shocked what you find...

again, not sure of the circumstances with the fella you pointed out, just saying, to me, he sounds like a "possibility"
