Rich,

I am having trouble thinking this one through. Could it be that visibility has been greatly improved? That this year and next now look highly probable with no more surprises?
Set a price target on 2001 earnings and figure that the earnings are pretty much in the bag. I sold all my shares at 28 3/4 after the earnings. Ooops.

Hi Rich; BHE is experiencing similar growing pains with the AVEX merger that DII Group (DIIG) had with a company that they bought out (name escapes me) and look what happened to them (currently $95 low $22). I realize that the Flextronics merger has helped catapult the stock price. But, I think, if BHE can maintain their current sales per share pace ($70 - $75), that the earnings will come around. Jabil Circuit's sales per share is in the $26 - $31 range.
