Tero, your contacts and analysis continue to amaze me. I congratulate you on being the first to identify the largest vertical market group Globalstar has yet identified! Good going!

You know that Globalstar is a satellite phone system. You have acknowledged the system is designed to compliment existing terrestrial cellular. You note that management indicates more phones are in the pipeline than can be currently accounted for. Therefore you very astutely put the pieces together and come up with It's like two different companies operating in parallel universes, possibly several "multiverses" that some quantum physicists believe to exist.

It is true. There are millions of users in this universe and billions in the parallel universes! Globalstar can't help but be a hit with all that pent up demand. ET wants to phone home!

I'm buying more at these levels, the sky is no longer the limit! The stars are!

Tero

I don't know nothing about France. I first made the order from Elsacom website, but as they didn't answer me, I called Globastar direct and they refered me to AirTouch. I decided, that for me the best way is to partner with AirTouch or Vodaphone in UK, as they accept invoicing by credit-card.
There is no way, that I will partner with Radiolinja and I recommend others not to do so.
I'm sure, that there is no Ericsson phone available yet otherwise I have got it already.
Tero. BTW. There is also another US idea, that You won't agree probably. RedHerring magazine wrote about ISDN, as example, how some new technology can be total failure.

Terro: <<the point here is that thousands of handsets were reported to have been already delivered to France. So how come the European operators are now talking about spring/summer launch? Are these French phones waiting in some big container until May arrives?>>

IMO, they are going to the junk pile because they didn't measure up.
