Doing my DD--Just read the three (3) SEC Form 4's filed 2/10/2000

Just finished reading the three (3) SEC Form 4's that were
filed by Rosenwald, Paramount and Aries yesterday. A SEC
Form 4 relates to Changes in Beneficial Ownership. It
looks as tho the 3 entities above have been accumulating
RGEN at various times throughout the month of January, 2000.

As it stands as the end of January, 4.426 MShares have been
accumulated in total. There are 23.9MShares outstanding
as of the completion of the S3 filed 1/28/2000, the "warrants" S3. So, Rosenwald/Paramount/Aries control
18.5% of Repligen.

In addition, I note that the Market Cap, after yesterdays
meteoric rise is now 177M$. That should attract the
institution investors.

Still, no REAL news to account for the climb.
