First, putting in a buy or sell at market has never been a problem for anyone (I believe) in terms of time, it is usually filled immediately.

Second, putting in a buy or sell on a OTCBB is a VERY BAD IDEA, because you can get nailed big time. You take a chance. I did it once, and learned the hard way. This is not Dow or Nasdaq. Maybe SEC rules (new recently) may help this somewhat, but watch out!
