You'd be wasting your time. But see your lawyer to make sure. There is a new twist in the works investors. QTEK is changing gears and going for their listing status! Things may not look so good right now with the stock price down a little, but good things are happening. If things go as planned, I think stockholders will be rewarded. But this is JMHO. In my experience this usually means they are trying to take the price down so they can accumulate. :) IC
