That short interest figure was
as of the most recently available
report. Should know more in a
week or so, when the new figures
come out.

They do have "flycracker" I believe
it's called and a few other things.
Addionally, they have always had
the call center which may not generate
big profits, has kept them in operation
all these years. That's why they have
a reasonably small float.
