Edwarda, The brokerage houses downgraded the stock because the analysts have--understandably--become gun shy. Who could blame them? I think that people who panicked and sold are likely candidates. And employees of the company whose compensation is derived in part from stock options would likely join in the chorus. To paraphrase you, maybe the street analysts should have emulated us by spending some time to tear apart the financials and think about the potentials. These people were not new to the company and didn't need to do the amount of work us newbies did. TTFN, CTC
