Compass Data is waiting to get the final quarter of 1999 audited books back to submit to the sec with the 10sb I believe, that is all they are waiting for you must have your most recent audited financials when submitting the form 10 to the SEC is what I have heard, but hopefully within 30 from the accountants at the latest I would hope, doesn't take that long mitchell

I'm still waiting... for my dividend from last July or was that 1998? Lol The best thing I did was sell my BNEZ shares because I needed the write-off to offset gains. I now have no emotional attachment. Any money realized from these spin-offs is a gift. I hope some of you guys are in other pennies because the penny market has been sizzling for the last 3 months. I now own 32 of them. Best of luck you you long suffering BNEZers who have held your shares. And yeah, the market makers have a field day with any stock on the pinks. They take your shares for .01-.06 and turn around and sell them for .10-.20. They make a fortune with almost no regulating at all. Lakers
