1. Has THQI grown to a size where the current business model has limitations? in other words is THQI too large to use the current business model and grow 20 - 30% per year? No, I don't think so at all. The problems are simply industry-wide and a few lingering ones from wrestling transition. If we had Scooby, Power Rangers, Aidyn, WWF, and Rugrats on the N64 in Christmas '98 we'd have made a ton of money. In Christmas 2000 with that lineup we will make less due to N64 sales falling off and lower ASPs. But we will make more in Christmas 2000 than we did in '98 or '99. It is the strongest lineup ever. 2. Will technology have a negative or positive impact on THQI? Remains to be seen but I can tell you that not one dime of possible GA-based income seems to be in the stock price. 3. What is the status of BF re continuing at THQI and fitness? You mean just because he had his appendix out last week? I'm not worried on this count. He probably gets more credit than he deserves and his team gets less. Marc

this could be a very scary day followed by next week. either this is some head fake, or the stock will rally. being up 5/8 of a point on less than 50k shares traded will be causing many nervous stomachs this a.m, when one considers how much volume we have had over the last few days to bring thqi down under 18. if longs, and i am talking about those new to the stock fail to sell, and the stock keeps creeping up, those new shorts will want to cut their losses or get even or just a teeny. earnings and option expiration coming up. it will be interesting to see who blinks first.
