Is RAMBUS a total flop, or just a temporary blip? What's your take on the technology?

Thanks.

With all due respect everyone that is down in the stock. You all do not get it. That statement is not directed to your knowledge of the PC sector, it's directed to how you understand how the market works. The stock is down, down as far as it will go, they are going to get the benefit of the doubt for two qr. to turn it around. I see them thinking further out of the box, this is what is going to drive the stock forward..

meathead.. yes, margins are compressing, but they always have and will forever. On the other hand consider that the gross market for computers is expanding. Nor will Dell focus only on boxes and portables in the future. I'm sure we'll see intelligent portable devices that exploit the convergence of wireless communications.

I'd like to see a notebook sized wireless device with a built in phone, internet connected wireless information exchange.. etc. I can see a demand for about a billion of these units. The future is very bright for Dell. Remember its not boxes, its technology integration, manufacturing and delivery.. Dell's forte.
