Question: Was it ever claimed to be the "perfect model", or just the "best model"?

I would argue that in the PC industry, DELL's model is superior. Your thoughts?

edamo.. you're right, Dell is confronting hubris, hopefully the limping from being hit in its rambus achilles heels is temporary.
