LOOK AT THIS!!!! On January 18, 2000 MNOC issued a press release stating that they have acquired Mentor On Call for 9,350,000 post split restricted shares and Rodgers and Austin have agreed to become directors. The document listed below that was taken from register.com shows that the domain name was ONLY registered BY JAMES RODGERS on DECEMBER 09, 1999!!!! How old is this company??? I see no evidence on EDGAR that a form 8-K was filed as mentioned in the January 28, 2000 news release. I wanted to look at it because I wanted to see if there was any disclosers that Mr. RODGERS is the beneficial owner of the OFF-SHORE TAX HAVEN BARBADIAN DOMICILED, MENTOR ON CALL and some or a part of the 9,350,000 shares. Perhaps he is not and Mr. Rodgers was just kind enough to register the domain name on behalf of MNOC a few short weeks prior to going public. According to Yahoo address finder Langley BC CANADA is a township about 45 minutes outside VANCOUVER. This appears to be a RESIDENTIAL ADRESS. Is it it a coincidence that NUEP, RODGERS's and AUSTIN's old company was also DOMICILED OFFSHORE? What does Forensic Audit mean? Legal Action is being taken against the previous management of CYSSe. Isn't some of the management of MNOCe also the EX management of CYSSe? I thought the president of MNOCe (James Rodgers) was also the president of CYSSe and suddenly resigned at the same time as another common director Edwin Austin. What does this mean?
