SB, Hi!! RE: Hi Kemble, lets focus on two issues. Dell's management said that the earthquake would not disrupt their supply of parts, and Y2K would not be a problem for Dell. So, what happened? What is Dell going to do going forward with respect to improving their forecasting abilities? Well let's judge what they have predicted since 96....not just this unique situation...No one is happy with this confusion...as far as being upset...I'm not...Still have full trust in this management team and have no reason to think otherwise...BTW...I really liked the tone of the CC yesterday...
