AV, your dwelling on the distant past again Sematech was impressed with SVGI'S new 193nm lithography tool. "Sematech recently ordered one". Its a mistake to go back between 5 to 10 years looking for a few mistakes. Technology and customer service wins. SVGI has recently shown excellence in both. All step-and- scan lithography tool producers will deal with the patent when required. I am impressed with the new patented Procell photoresist tool. SVGI already announced substantial customer interest. They are currently shipping beta units.
