Here is another updated Chronicle of Evasion. I added quotes from Ray Gamble from December when he made himself more accessible. You may be right that they throttled him back for talking too much and brought in Adam Schuman. 1 ½ years of evasion on the filing of financials. The list of references just gets longer and longer. Now it is trading as PABNE. What does the "E" stand for? Why it stands for "Not current in their SEC filings". Can this be a surprise to anyone? Really and truly? 6/29/1998: . . .I had a brief face to face meeting with John . . .Financial reporting is in the works with the accountants..the 2nd qtr ends this month June 30th, and the financials will be due out about 45 days after this date. #reply-50508467/3/1998: quoted from our very own resident tout: "Financial information and complete details on the company will be included in the 10Q for the period ended June 30, 1998 which will be filed with the SEC shortly." ragingbull.com 8/3/1998: - Purewater's filings are almost ready and our accountants are busy consolidating the several new sets of books. #reply-9740000 9/23/1998: Shareholder meeting summary: (facts only) FINANCIALS Q ends September 30th. As I understand the process, according to our attorneys, there will be an 'e' appended to the PABN symbol. This will not affectÿ trading during this period. When the form becomes effective we expect the "e" will be dropped. #reply-127599722/11/2000: PABN has symbol changed to PABNE So here we are, without a Form 10 filing yet within sight. Do you think they could find yet another reason to stall on their reporting to the SEC and the investing public? But no matter really. PABNE today and on to the PINKS March 9. Maybe the end is in sight. They shoot horses don't they?
