According to the Notice Of Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which I received in the mail.... "The Annual Meeting........for the following purposes;... #2 To approve an amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of shares of Common Stock that the company is authorized to issue from 200,000,000 to 600,000,000...."
