Ram,
Thanks for putting all of that down for us. I have printed it up for my reference. That was a lot of work and on behalf of all of our posters you should know how much we appreciate your contributions on this thread.

Ram:

Thanks for an excellent summary. You overview matches the notes that I took.

Any thoughts on the strange timings of the press releases? The financials were released a day early and the lawsuit the night before. The timing of the two press releases suggests that they were leaving Friday morning open for a PO announcement. Did anyone pick up anything from the CC suggesting that there was an imminent PO that they were not able to tie up prior to the call (I didn't - but I might have missed it)? Any thoughts? Doug

Ram, I would also like to add my thanks for the summary.

It seems to me that Lev is in a Catch 22 situation, having trouble getting a Lap Top PO being a single source, and not wanting to license until the market place accepts Valence. I believe someone will step up as having the kind of run times that Lev talked about would a great marketing advantage. The first PO will be hard, the ones following should be easy. <JMO>

Great summary, Ram, thanks much.

This point was interesting: "Hanil helped VLNC get a PO."

Now, we think the first PO was from QCOM, and the second one was said to be from a european customer. Could Hanil have been instrumental in securing either of these PO's, or...........do they have a third one we don't know about yet?
What do you all think??

Thanks Ram, excellent review. My thought was that once they get acceptance with the smaller batteries, the larger ones will fly a little more easily than a cold offering.
