Cliff, Nice post. To be sure, I'm not gung-ho on either side. I just want everything to be fair, and everyone treated fairly. I don't have a clue on how to run a wireless company, and I suspect that neither do the folks who post endlessly on RB. I just don't want my shares to go to zero, when there's a chance for them to go much higher. Management did issue us an ultimatum" "Give us shares, or else." And, if you recall, I raised the point earlier that the original proxy could be viewed as "an act of good faith". Well, it turns out that I was correct! We'll see what this week brings.... Still long

Cliff, I agree with your post totally regarding the R.B board. The other thing about these people is they are making accusations towards management as if they knew them personally to have past wrong doings in other companies or have criminal records when they don't have a clue what management is going to do with the added shares. They also have no reason to distrust them. We already owe around 50 million shares to creditors ect. already leaving 60 million for compensation, collateral for financing and future operations. That's not a lot. This new management has has the ball rolling and I believe we will see the contract information announced soon and also what they intend for the additional shares.
