After a little more snooping, I think I've figured out the rights on CORL. The rights we receive in addition to CORL shares (at 0.747) are part of the "poison pill" CORL put together last year to prevent a hostile takeover. Currently every CORL common share also has a "right" to buy another CORL share. So the conversion of INPR shares to CORL common shares also includes this right. Its no bonus for INPR shareholders and for those of you hoping to see a buyout of both the companies, it looks like that's already been taken care of.

Could it be these rights are just the preemptive right to purchase additional shares to maintain your proportional shareholdings?

Sorry. I don't understand your question. Preemptive to what or whom?
