Mohan: Thank you so much for your continuous postings of invaluable information regarding SIFY & IC. I'm a SIFY shareholder (hold a very large position) and I'm looking to enter IC quite soon. Can you tell me the following since I've had a difficult time getting certain information.

1)# of outstanding shares, # of shares floating, market cap valuation, etc. for IC.
2)It is my understanding that IC is looking to become the CMGI of India enabling Indian internet start-ups. Is this true in your opinion?
3)It is my understanding that IC is setting up online trading in Indian stocks. Are they a first mover in this space and could they be equated to an ETrade in its infancy in your opinion?
4)Will IC enter the B2B or B2G space in a very large way in India in your opinion?
5)What other advantages or disadvantages do you foresee for IC compared to other Indian banks/financial concerns?

Lastly, I know from your posts that you are long SIFY. Are you long in IC as well? How do compare an investment in SIFY vs. an investment in IC at this time? If you are long in both, do you have a greater percentage in one vs. the other? If any of these above questions are personal and you don't want to answer, I understand completely. I hope you have time to answer #'s 1-5 above. Again, thank you for your tireless efforts in keeping both threads informed of the latest developments coming out of India.
