"Holy Mackeral" thats alot of trading. With that kind of trading commission, you might consider escalating you issues to some higher level managers. I too, am a Power E-trade member. When I was upset about some trades I felt were incorrect, I was able to escalate the problem to a manager(two or three levels up from customer support personnel) who personally handled the issue. This was due to the fact that I generated alot of commissions. I was satisfied by the settlement we came up with.

You obviously generate similar or greater trading commissions. Use that power to find some kind of settlement for your complaint. Your valuable to E-Trade and they know it. Hope you stay with E-Trade, as you are a significant contributor to the company and shareholders future success.
