From your link:

Despite her current success with HRC 2034, Johnson is not relying solely on non-binding resolutions to ensure state sovereignty. She has been joined by a coalition of six other Arizona state representatives,
private ranchers and other states' legislators in a lawsuit filed
against the federal government.

The lawsuit is an attempt to reverse creation of the Grand
Canyon-Parashant National Monument, which covers more than 1 million
acres of land, roughly the same amount as Grand Canyon National Park.
The group says national monument status will affect use and access to
its private property, which will be surrounded by the federal property

I got the impression from the discussion at work, the gist of the issue surrounds the Federal government's desire to add more land to the national park system which suggests a transfer from private hands to public hands.

I found the article very interesting especially when one sees a legislative body pursuing issues which have for so long been the subject of table talk.

I wonder what would happen if the required number of states dissolved our Federal Government and put a new government in place. Ya think maybe the gold bugs might finally get a pay day?

Interesting case of hysteria. When they start stockpiling modern weapons, they'll have to be taken out. I always thought it was a mistake to admit Arizona to the union.
