I hold CMA personally responsible for the decline in @Home's stock price. As the major shareholder and controller of TCI's cable plants he has done nothing to accelerate the rollout of broadband. Maybe he wanted @Home's share price to decline so he could buy the rest cheap. @home was a puppet from the beginning , but as a puppet of John Malone at least @home made money for their shareholders.CMA has been all sizzle and no steak.

I would fix the bottom estimate of fair value at about $20, based on growth this year. I can get a high estimate of $150 for the present value of a price to sales ratio, based on revenue in 2003 (5.8b, 380m shares), of 20.
