Examining the dates of these documents I see that they are just a few weeks old. Any idea just how long this person has been in practice?

You're right, these letters look identical, except for the company name and share amounts. Not impressive or extensive SEC filing experience if this is it. You'd think that a company that is going to need extensive explanations for their actions/claims would hire some hot shot firm, that is if they really intended to file.
