Johnny Wadd -
I agree with most of your post, but I think the 5 for 1 split isn't realistic. That would take the price down to $5/share, if we doubled in price. I can certainly see future splits for a total of 5 to 1, but I think keeping the aroma of penny stock off of IAAC is crucial. 11-10 has been a pattern in the past, maybe this year we do 5-4. Maybe another later in the year if the price allows.

IAAC to offer B2B International trading solution to online brokers/dealers. Wonder what would happen if they GAVE their "proprietory" software away in exchange for "order flow"?

WINTER PARK, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2000--The Directors of International Assets Holding Corp. ("The Company")(Nasdaq:IAAC) appointed William C. Dennis, Jr., to the position of president and chief operating officer effective immediately. Mr. Dennis, a former senior executive at both Merrill Lynch and Freedom Securities, will oversee day-to-day operations of the Company, a financial services firm whose subsidiaries specialize in market making of international securities and private client brokerage.

Diego J. Veitia, Chairman of the Board, stated, "We are delighted to have Bill on board. His vast experience in both brokerage and international markets uniquely qualifies him to lead our Company to the next level. With the January 2000 launch of our global online trading platform and the yearly doubling of our market making business, it is extremely important that we continue to strengthen our management team. Bill is a most welcome addition."

Over the past two months, Mr. Dennis, as an Advisor to the Chairman, has worked closely with senior management and the Company's operating team to finalize the firm's strategic offering and to raise capital to support the Company's growth.

"I am particularly pleased to join International Assets at a time when the Company is so uniquely positioned to capitalize on growing interest in international securities trading," said Mr. Dennis. "U.S. investor interest in international securities has been growing at a rate of more than 20 percent per year over the past several years. We plan to take full advantage of the growing market, leveraging our existing business with new technology and strategic alliances.
