Thanks for pointing that out. That makes him about 72 years old working from what just may be his home there in Atlantic Beach. With his name not showing up except in the last year with a search of the SEC filings back to 1994 I am beginning to think that he is a retired lawyer who offers opinion letters for a fee. That the so-called help in preparing the Form 10 is limited to this and not any broader role helping management compile and assemble the required body of information nor in assisting in the writing of the Form 10 itself.
