Thanks for the helpful links. I take it from this reading that PFers consider the NYA in a Bear Confirmed status and that any rally would be considered a Bear Correction?

I probably am not using the right terms here, so let me put it in my own words, PFers may consider the NYA to be in a bear market already, and will trade to the long side with a defensive bias as buy signals are given. It will be some time before a Bull Market signal is given again.

Let me also guess at something, PF with its longer time frames seeks to take the emotion out of trading; and this is *not a slight against you OJ!!! ;)* but it would be premature to make a call for new Bull markets on the NYA based on the available PF evidence?

(OJ - I think your tremendous optimism is terrific, but I think when it comes to actual trading we are more alike, trust our charts despite what our mind says)
